Borrower must be a SPAC member in good standing. |

Borrower must live in Pinellas county. |

A $25 security deposit is required. $5 a month
to be deducted from that amount. Unused deposit
is refunded upon the return of equipment in good
condition.

Advanced reservations can be made if all scopes
are loaned out.

Prospective borrowers must meet with the telescope
custodian for instruction and approval before taking a
scope out. |

Driver's license information will be recorded for security. |

Borrower must have appropriate transportation |

Loan-out period is for one month but can be extended
provided no one is waiting for a scope. $5 each extra
month. |

Since the telescopes are promotional and education
instruments for the club, you might be asked to relinquish
them temporarily for club orientated functions such as
public observing events or special educational or
scientific astronomical events. |

Borrower is responsible for the replacement value of
the optics if they are damaged while in his or her possession. |
